For seventeen years, I wrote a blog, but I took the last year off. (That site can be found at https://aaronallison.wordpress.com). Over the years, my blog has been a mix of devotions, church promotion, and family news, often shifting its purpose with each season.
Today, I start a new writing focus with the launch of my Substack.
I will use this writing platform to share more substantive content.
I will share my perspective on current events and leadership principles, offering readers an opportunity to learn.
As I begin a new decade of my life, I will lean into my calling as a pastor, teacher, cultural observer, self-proclaimed historian, and, for some, a mentor.
My social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter) will continue to share family news, church news, and an occasional brag about a sports team I follow. This Substack will be more substantial.
